Refund policy

14-Day Right of Return
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. All items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this production method, we cannot accept returns or refunds for sizing issues or for incorrect size selections. We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing an order.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at krehula@krehula.com. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
